ITEM DESCRIPTION:
Right hand Front Brake Master Cylinder with brake light switch, fits 7/8" handlebars and 10mm brake line bolt, used on various 50cc to 250cc Scooters, ATVs & Motorcycles.
Brake Bleeding Info:
These systems are nearly impossible to bleed using the bleeder screw because the air keep floating up the line.
I have always had luck with the following method...
1) Close the bleeder screw, fill the mast cyl about 1/2 to 3/4 with fluid, gently and slowly pull the lever in and release slowly.
You will see bubbles floating up through the fluid.
NOTE:  If you pull or release the lever too fast, you may foam up the fluid in the cyl valve making
the job harder. Also, if you pull the lever too fast with the top off.. the fluid will squirt out... making a mess.

Add
fluid if it get much lower than 1/2 way.
3) Once you get most of the air out you will start to get some brakes.
They
may still
feel
a little spongy but as long as you have
working
brakes your
go
od to go. Any remaining tiny bubbles will work their way out as you use the brakes.
I have never had a system where this method failed to work
,
but you must be patient.
One last note:
Brake fluid kills plastic and paint... so wash any spills with soap and water when you're done.
