Harken 4 Speed Big Boat Winches

We are selling a pair of Harken big-boat four-speed, top-cleat winches in great shape.  They are fully functional and in very good condition.  They were pulled from a boat and replaced them with carbon winches during a refit.
The winches have 4 speeds with gear ratios of  1:1   2.2:1  5:1   16:1.  They are like three speed winches with a high first and low first gear that you choose with the sliding switch next to the cleat.
The line handling section of the drum measures about 6.5" in diameter.  The winch base is 10.375" in diameter.  If you choose to add the optional roller bases, the overall diameter is just a hair under 12". Overall height of the winch when mounted is just about 11".
They come with the optional roller bearing bases (see pictures) for leading sheets and lines around the base and to another winch, but they can be mounted without those.  The mounting plates are included (but no backing plates).  The winches also have splined drives on the bottoms, so they can used used with pedestal drive systems.
Each winch weighs in at just over 45 pounds.  Buyer pays shipping costs, or free pick up in San Francisco Bay area.
