    2 Shaefer stand-up blocks for 1/2" line intended for sail boat rigging.  I believe these are Shaefer 704 series with delrin sheave and no bearings.
    Height is 5";
    Sheave is 3/4" thick;
    Sheave diameter is 2-3/8";
    Plastic base is 3-3/8" in diameter and stainless base is 3";
    Four mounting holes are 1/4" in a square 1-11/16" on a side.
